A man is betrayed by the woman he loves. To exact revenge, the man uses another woman who lost her memory ....
Ma-Roo (Song Joong-Ki) is a promising medical student. He lives with his younger sister Cho-Ko (Lee Yoo-Bi), who suffers from poor health. Meanwhile, Jae-Hee (Park Si-Yeon) is a reporter at HBS broadcasting company. Both Ma-Roo and Jae-Hee come from poor family backgrounds, but try hard to achieve their dreams: Ma-Roo to become a doctor and Jae-Hee to become an anchorwoman.
One day, Ma-Roo goes home and finds his sister feverishly sick. While he puts socks on his ill sister, Ma-Roo receives a phone call from Jae-Hee. Jae-Hee sounds completely frantic and asks Ma-Roo to come over to save this man. Even though Ma-Roo's sick sister begs him to not leave her, Ma-Roo rushes over to help Jae-Hee. When he arrives at the motel room, he finds Jae-Hee completely shaken and a dead man laying on the floor near her. Ma-Roo attempts to counsel Jae-Hee to turn herself in to the police. Appearing completely broken in spirit, Jae-Hee begins to call the police, but Ma-Roo hangs up the phone. He kisses Jae-Hee and then goes through the motel room to wipe away Jae-Hee's fingerprints. Ma-Roo then tells Jae-Hee that he will take the blame and turn himself into the police.
Meanwhile, Eun-Gi (Moon Chae-Won) is the rich heiress a to family that owns the large corporation Taesan. She has been groomed to become the successor to the Taesan corporation and, consequently, shows very little emotions. When she pulls her car over in front of her home, Eun-Gi sees a woman hug her father. The woman hugging her father is Jae-Hee. In tears, Jae-Hee tells Eun-Gi "You have no idea what I did to protect you. What I just did to the man I care the most for in my life."
6 years later, after serving a 5 year prison sentence, Ma-Roo travels to Aomori, Japan to retrieve money from a woman who swindled his friend Jae-Gil (Lee Kwang-Soo). Ma-Roo seduces the woman and retrieves the money stolen from his friend. At the same time, Eun-Gi and her now stepmother Jae-Hee are also in Aomori, Japan. On the flight back to Korea, Ma-Roo waits to use the restroom. When the restroom door opens, Eun-Gi walks out and collapses onto Ma-Roo. Ma-Roo places Eun-Gi on the floor and walks back to his seat. Eun-Gi's condition quickly worsens and the airplane asks if there is a doctor on the flight. Since nobody comes forward, Ma-Roo is compelled to help Eun-Gi. While administering aid to Eun-Gi, he asks for the woman's guardian. At this time, Jae-Hee walks over to the scene and states that she is her mother. The series of Hana Yori Dango/Boys Over Flowers from 4 different countries.

Well the order how I watched it was really different and I guess you can say it's really weird. First it was the Japanese version that my friend had on DVD, it was interesting and at that time I didn't know there was other versions from different countries. Then I heard about Korean version's boy's over flower was a must watch. and I watched it online and I thought it was based on modern wealth and the comparison between the rich and the poor is exaggerated by a lot. Now, after that, the hot boys got me interested and so I did research on the Japanese and Korean version and I realized there was a Taiwanese version way before the production of the Japanese one. So I started watching it, the quality of the episodes was kind of laid back and the style are very different compared to the modern version of the drama. However, the plot of the series is really well thought out.Lastly, the Mainland China version has changed it's name from F4 to H4 and the character's names are different as well. And obviously, the plot was somewhat similar, the events are different, but it's all adapted from the Japanese Graphic Novel Hana Yori Dango.

Now lets go in order of production and introduce the casts:

From all this long talk, America has finished the production of the American style Hana Yori Dango... They call it Boys before Friends. I got so bored after the first few episodes... I don't think it can be compared to the Asia versions. Just my own opinion.

What do you think is the best Hana Yori show/ drama?

Korean Dramas and Movies

So, as of Today, I have seen so many amazing unforgettable Asian dramas that keeps my day happy.

lets see:

You're Beautiful

You're Beautiful is the girl in disguise in helping her brother fulfillng his dream of becoming part of A.N.Gell boy band.I like Jang Geun Suk and Kang Soo han's dramas, they are very young and amazing actor and actress. Their other films are really interesting to watch.

Synopsis:
The management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singer to the group as the lead vocal, Tae Kyung's voice was hurting. However, the new member, Mi Nam, had to go to the States to repair a botched eye job just before signing the contract. His agent came up with the idea of having his twin sister, Mi Nyu,to stand in for him and pretend that she was her brother. The two of them grew up in an orphanage and Mi Nyu, who was all set to become a nun, agreed to this charade as she didn't want to spoil her brother's chance of fame which would make it easier to look for their mother.

Next, the follow up of  Jang Geun Suk's Do Re Me Fa So La Ti Do

Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do

I really enjoy musical and romantic type of movies/shows, they really attract my attention and I remember their catchy songs as it passes by. Actually,I really should put this on the very top because I say this movie before getting intersted and watching more of Jang Geun Suk's movies and dramas. I like the younger version of him and his short hair. So good looking... still handsome now, but he was cuter when he was younger.I thinks it's his smile that captures many of the young girl's attention.

Synopsis:
Based on the internet novel of the same title and written by Guiyeoni, Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do is a touching love story with bittersweet elements.
Jung-won wears a funny dragon suit, while working at the amusement park, and pours soda on Eun-gyu, because of his taunts. A short while later, Jung-won finds out that Eun-gyu has moved into the house next to hers. Eun-gyu now threatens to tell Jung-won’s parents that she works part time at a local mart. To keep Eun-gyu quiet, Jung-won agrees to carry his guitar for a week.
Jung-won then starts to develop feelings for Eun-gyu, who is the lead singer of a band called Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do. Eun-gyu also starts to develop similar feelings for Jung-won. The two soon become a couple.
With an odd twist of fate, Jung-won went to the band's rehearsal room and meets a familiar person from her past, a boy named Hee-won. Their relationship makes everything more complicated. For 10 years, Jung-won and Hee-won were close friends, but because Jung-won did something that broke Hee-won's family apart they stopped talking to each other completely. And Hee-won, seeking revenge at Jun-won, allow his "friends" to beat her, rendering her crippled. Jung-won is now surprised to learn that her ex-close friend is now best friends with her boyfriend.
Hee-won admits that he still likes his best friend despite what she did and he wants her back. Jun-won accepts him back into her life despite what he did and when Hee-won makes her choose between him and Eun-gyu, Jun-won makes the choice of going with Hee-won. Which leaves Eun-gyu devastated. He gives her one last chance to come back to him or else he will never be able to sing again. But she breaks his heart once more and chooses Hee-won after he begged her.
A few months after it happened Jun-won hears that Eun-gyu had gotten into an accident and was diagnosed with temporary amnesia — he forgets all about her. She then spends all her time trying to get him to remember. The last scene is an re-enactment of the band's last show, the one in which Eun-gyu gave her a last chance. The movie ends with him remembering everything and begging Jun-won not to leave him again. She promises she never will. As the final credits roll we see how all of their lives improved.
